Performers, please be sure to read ALL INFO!
******* ALL MUSIC MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 1, 2009!!*******
*Video info: NO VIDEO of any kind is allowed of any PERFORMANCES. We are going to have professional video services, with a DVD of the performances for sale after the event.
*Photography info: NO PHOTOGRAPHY of any kind is allowed of any PERFORMANCES. We will have professional photographers taking photos and we will make them available to the performers after the event.
*Show Location: The Buffalo Rose in Downtown Golden, 1119 Washington Ave, Golden, CO
Space Is Limited, And Will Be Filled On A First Come Basis!
If your music is not received by APRIL 1st, you will not be eligible to perform.
Your CD must have nothing but your performance music on it. Please label your CD CLEARLY with the
following information: Troupe Name, Time of full length of all music.
Check your CD for playability on a player other than your own prior to sending!

*Good News! The cost of the feast will be lowered from $20 to $10 for performers. For performers who do not wish to eat the meal, there is no charge for the show. (Any performer who has already paid for the show, and needs to receive a refund, should email us at marrakech@evergreentribalarts.com. We will issue refunds either via paypal, or else you will receive a check when you arrive to check in for classes.) Meal purchases will not be available on the night of the show.To purchase your discounted meal ticket, you will find a purchase button on the top of this page.
*Absolutely no one will be allowed into the venue before doors open at 6:30pm.
*The dance performances will begin at 7:30pm. If you are performing near the beginning of the show, please plan to arrive early. There will be a line forming early to get in, but PERFORMERS MAY GO TO THE HEAD OF THE LINE! PLEASE be polite to those already waiting in line- this is important!
*Performer meeting: At 7:15pm, all performers need to be backstage for a quick pre-show meeting.
*Your Estimated Performance Time & Performance Slot # will be emailed to you a few days prior to the show. Your performance slot will be based upon what we determine to be the best fit, and this is subject to change up until the day of the show based upon changes that sometimes occur.
*UNDER 21: If you or any of your troupe are under 21, you need to be aware that you will only be
allowed in the venue until 9pm due to Colorado liquor license.
*Dressing Room: There is a small bathroom with a mirror. The space is limited. I would advise that
dancers arrive mostly ready, as the space can be pretty hectic.
*Please wear a cover up for the period prior to your performance.
*Please respect the audience and your fellow dancers by not moving or talking during other performances.
*Parking details: There is usually plenty of parking in the parking garage behind the Buffalo Rose and on nearby streets.
*Stage Info: The permanent part of the stage has industrial carpet. Please see the online PDF for a layout of the stage. Please plan to use the Stage Right entrance to the stage (on right side when you are standing on the stage).
*Please come prepared for the evening. If you have ANY concerns or questions, please DO NOT WAIT until you arrive to address them with us! The evening is very busy, and we rely on your professionalism to help the show run smoothly.

Performer's Meal Ticket
Once you have been confirmed as a performer for the Friday Night Dinner Show, you may opt to purchase a meal ticket for that night.
This reduced price is for performers who wish to eat the fabulous Middle Eastern Fest that evening. If you do not wish to have the dinner, you do not need to pay for the show.
Please do not purchase your ticket until after you have been confirmed as a performer!
